This breakpoint can also be removed via the Breakpoints Side Panel.

Having the following function with a breakpoint at line 3:
function test()
{console.log("test1");
console.log("test2");
console.log("test3");
}
undebug(test)
This removes the breakpoint set at line 3 (console.log("test1");).
