Velocity 2010 Setup

To reproduce the Velocity 2010 Demo:
- Install Firefox 3.6.3 in a folder (custom install)
- Run from the command line with
- p velocity2010 -no-remote, create the new profile named velocity2010
- Install extensions
- Restart Firefox, Open demo page, open firebug, reload.
